Ankit (25) and Shubham (18), both residents of Sarsava area in the disrict, died on the spot after being run over by the tractor trolley, said Additional SP (Rural) Jagdish Sharma.
The tractor's driver, who has been arrested, claimed he lost control over the vehicle and hit the victims, the SP added.
