Two run over by speeding car

Two persons, including a woman, were killed when a speeding car hit them this morning in Vijay Nagar on NH-24, police said.
The car first hit Asha (35), who was crossing the road, and then Anand Kumar(40), who was on his bike, said SHO Nazeer Ali said.
The car's driver Ankur (25) has been arrested. He claimed he lost control over the vehicle and hit the victims.
