"I will stage the play in Delhi on April 19. Two shows will be organized," Shukla told PTI over phone.
The play, created by playwright Neil Simon, has been adapted and modified in Indian context by the actor himself. He has also directed it and played the lead role.
"The play is based on the relationship between men and women, and satire has been used to accentuate its nuances," Shukla said.
The play had its 50th show in Mumbai earlier this month, in which several Bollywood celebrities like Aamir Khan, Rajkumar Hirani, David Dhawan, Ranvir Shorey, Nikhil Advani, Makarand Deshpande apart from regular audience were in attendance.
"As and when I get time, I try to return to the world of plays. Since I started my theatre journey from Delhi, my priority is to stage my plays in Delhi," Shukla added.
