Two youths blackmail minor girl through morphed video

A minor girl and her family were allegedly blackmailed using an obscene morphed video of her by two brothers in Chakeri area here, police said today.
Police have registered a complaint against the brothers, Varun Jaitley and Shivam, also neighbours, filed by the girl's father, who alleged that the accused recorded his 16-year-old daughter's video during a family function and then morphed it with the help of a computer.
According to the complaint, the brothers, who are currently absconding, recorded the video of the family members seated on the stage during a "Ganesh Mahotsava" function organised by the family on September 15.

The accused then morphed the video into an obscene clip and defamed the girl by showing the clip to other people. When the family protested against it, the duo demanded money from them in exchange for the clip, police said.
The brothers are absconding, police said, adding, investigation has been initiated and efforts are on to nab the accused.
