While pronouncing the judgement, Additional District Sessions Judge R P Singh held accused Ahmand and Sadaf guilty of murdering Yatendra Sharma and also imposed a fine of Rs 10,000 on each of them yesterday.
Yatendra Sharma, son of Doctor Suresh Sharma was shot dead by Ahmand, who worked as a compounder in Suresh's clinic here and his friend Safder on February 25, 2010.
The court also issued show cause notice against the father of the victim for turning hostile and giving false statement in the court here.
Special Judge D K Garge has framed charges against the accused who was booked under the Gangster Act and was produced from Barabanki jail here yesterday.
