Police said their team led by Inspector, Ravindran, were checking vehicles when they saw two youths dropping a parcel from their motorcyle and trying to speed past around mid-night last night. Police gave chase and warned them at gun-point and forced them to surrender.
During interrogation, the two-- A.Sarathkumar (19) and G.Ranjithkumar (26)-- said they were carrying a parcel containing two country bombs, police said.
