"All 57 MLAs of the party will donate their one month's salary including all the allowances for the relief work in Uttarakhand," said party's chief whip in the state Assembly Balwantsinh Rajput.
All the 38 elected Congress members in Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation too have decided to donate one month's salary for the cause, leader of opposition in the civic body Badruddin Shaikh said.
Earlier in the day Gandhi had directed all the party MPs and MLAs to donate one month's salary for the relief work.
