Dominic Asquith, British High Commissioner to India today called on Telangana IT and Industries Minister K T Rama Rao here and appreciated the state's industrial policy 'TS iPass', an official release said.
"British government has evinced interest in working with the state government on the 'Smart City' projects," it said.
The minister explained the envoy about various initiatives by the Telangana government to attract investors to the state.
The High Commissioner invited Rao to participate in the upcoming Indo-British workshop on 'Ease of Doing Business' to be held in India, the release added.
