Ullal Uroos to be held in April

: The historic Uroos of Hazrath Sayyad Madani Ullal Juma Masjid would be held from April 2 to 26 next year, Al Haji U S Hamza president of Ullal Juma Masjid said here today.
He said the five yearly 20th Uroos of the Masjid would begin with the monthly 'Dikr Majlis' on April 2 and end with 'Annadaana' on April 26.
Around 20 to 30 lakh devotees from various parts of the country were expected to take part in the Uroos, he said in a statement.
Religious preachings of Ulemas would be held every night.
People belonging to all castes and creeds from across the country come to offer prayers at the Masjid, known as the Ajmer of South India.

The formal conclusion ceremony of the Uroos would be held on April 23 and a sandal procession taken out on April 25, it said.
