Under-construction wall collapses, kills 2

Two workers were killed when an under-construction wall of a basement collapsed in South Delhi's Saket area here this afternoon.
According to the Fire department, the incident took place around 3:30 PM when the duo was working near the wall, it suddenly collapsed on them.
"We got a call at 3.49 PM following which three fire tenders were rushed to the spot and the trapped persons were pulled out of the rubble. They were rushed to the nearby City hospital where the succumbed to their injuries," said a police official.
The deceased have been identified as Tohseem (27) and Kara (45).

The bodies have been sent for postmortem and their families have been informed by the contractor, he said.
No case was registered till late evening as police were investigating to ascertain the exact cause of wall collapse, he added.
