Union minister's kin fails to appear before court,faces arrest

A relative of Union Minister Sanjeev Baliyan has failed to appear before a court despite filing an application for surrender in connection with a case of attempt to culpable homicide, prosecution lawyer said today.
According to the prosecution, Rahul Kutbi, cousin brother of Union Minister of State for Agriculture and Food Processing Baliyan, had filed the surrender application yesterday but later withdrew it.
The court has issued an arrest warrant against Rahul in a case of attempt to culpable homicide, and asked the police to produce him before it before July 5.
