University website 'hacked' in Gujarat

The website of a state-run university here was allegedly hacked by some unidentified persons, who also loaded a page with 'Pakistan Zindabad' text on it, varsity officials claimed today.
Somebody hacked the Maharaja Sayajirao University (MSU) website last night and loaded a page with the text "Pakistan Zindabad", Apurva Shah, head of the computer centre at the university, said.
The page remained on the portal till noon today when the university officials succeeded in removing it, he said, adding police have been informed about the incident.
Inspector Rahul Patel of cyber crime cell of the police said an investigation was underway.
