The incident occurred yesterday in Kairana area when two persons, Akhlak and Afsar, confronted each other after their children got involved in a fight, Superintendent of Police Vijay Bhushan said today.
The dispute snowballed into a clash between the two sides in which fire arms and other weapons were freely used, he added.
The girl, identified as Shano, daughter of Afsar, died on the spot.
Sabir (9), Arif (8), Juned (16) and Akhlak sustained bullet injuries and were taken to hospital in serious condition.
The girl's body has been sent for post-mortem.
Five persons have been arrested in this connection, police said, adding further investigation is on.
Security has been tightened and additional police has been deployed in the village after the incident, he said.
