Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Akhilesh Yadav today said his government was continuously taking decisions for the welfare of common people and development of the state.
"There is no section of society for which the government has not started any welfare scheme or has ignored them," he told reporters in Pratapgarh.
Yadav, who visited the native Gadhiyava village of late Rajaram Pandey to pay homage to him, said welfare schemes in Uttar Pradesh are being replicated in other states.
Pandey, a former minister and Samajwadi Party MLA, had died of cardiac arrest on November 1.
