To provide impetus to academic researches, Uttar Pradesh government would develop a website on which research papers belonging to all the universities across the world would be uploaded.
"To maintain quality of research works and to check repetition, a research portal will be developed through UP State High Education Council," Principal Secretary, higher education, Neeraj Kumar Gupta said.
"It would not only check repetition, but will also promote research work on new and qualitative subjects," he said.
Gupta said that details of research works being done in all universities across the globe would be provided on this portal.
