Rajendra alias Jogendra, carrying reward of Rs 10,000, was yesterday arrested from Vyas area of Amritsar by the Special Task Force.
Jogendra and his men had looted the minister and his wife on board the Jabalpur-Nizamuddin Express on March 19. He was also wanted in connection with another incident of loot in the Tamil Nadu express on February 27, the STF said.
FIRs related to the incidents were registered with the Government Railway Police (GRP) of Mathura.
