UP trader injured, robbed of Rs 20 lakh

A sari trader from Uttar Pradesh was today allegedly robbed of Rs 20 lakh after being stabbed by armed men in Bihar's Gopalganj district.
The trader Prem Kumar Khaitan, hailing from Gorakhpur, was standing at Siyari crossing to catch a bus to his native place after collecting payments from local clients when four motorcycle-borne men stabbed him before snatching his bag containing Rs 20 lakh, Additional Superintendent of Police (ASP) Anil Kumar Singh said.
The wounded trader has been admitted to a Primary Health Centre (PHC), he said.
