US says it will 'grant' Philippines another warship

The US said today it would provide the Philippines with a third warship, part of a multi-million- dollar package of maritime security assistance.
The White House released a statement shortly after US President Barack Obama arrived in the Philippines for a summit of Asia-Pacific leaders.
