Vadodara murder case accused arrested in Mumbai

An accused in the alleged murder case of Manoj Parmar in Bajrawadi locality here last month, was arrested in Mumbai and brought to the city, police said today.
"Jitendra Parmar, one of the three accused in the murder case of Manoj Parmar that took place on July 25, was arrested in Mumbai and brought to Vadodara," DCB police said.
Manoj had been allegedly stabbed by Jitendra and two others following an argument with the accused after he asked them not to use foul language, police said.
Though two of the three youths-- Pratish Khatri and Ajay Chauhan-- had been arrested in his connection, Jitendra had left the city to avoid arrest.
"After learning about his whereabouts, police teams from the city went to Mumbai and arrested him from Khar in Mumbai," DCB police said.
The victim had been repeatedly stabbed on his chest and arms, police said.
