Vakrangee buys stake in PC Jeweller for Rs 112 cr

Banking and financial services provider Vakrangee Ltd today purchased 20 lakh shares of PC Jeweller for a little over Rs 112 crore through an open market transaction.
The bulk deal data available with NSE showed that Vakrangee bought 20 lakh shares, amounting to 0.51 per cent stake in the jewellery major.
The shares were acquired at an average price of Rs 561.71, valuing the transaction at Rs 112.34 crore.
The seller(s) of the shares could not be ascertained immediately.
PC Jeweller stock ended the day on NSE at Rs 562, up 1.86 per cent from the previous close.
