Vertex offloads 14.4% stake in GVK Power to promoter entities

GVK Power and Infrastructure Ltd today said Vertex Projects Ltd, part of promoter group, has offloaded 14.44 per cent share in the company to other promoter entities.
The promoters who purchased the shares are Greenridge Hotels and Resorts LLP, Shailini Bhupal, G Indira Krishna Reddy and G Aparna Reddy, the company said in a filing to BSE.
Vertex projects sold 14.44 per cent stake, or 22.8 crore shares, of the company for an estimated Rs 208.68 crore through open market transactions.
Prior to stake sale, Vertex Projects' stake in the company was 23.35 per cent, which came down to 8.91 per cent.

Greenridge Hotels and Resorts LLP increased its stake from zero per cent to 0.46 per cent, Shailini Bhupal has raised stake from 0.40 per cent to 3.74 per cent, G Indira Krshina Reddy has increased stake from 8.34 per cent to 14.59 per cent. G Aparna Reddy has upped stake from 0.40 per cent to 4.79 per cent, the company said in the filing.
