The former pop star has been named to the Queen's Honours List for 2017 for her contributions to fashion and her charity work, reported People magazine.
Beckham was named a United Nations Goodwill Ambassador in 2014 and has worked to spread awareness of HIV and AIDS.
She will receive an OBE (Officer of the Most Excellent Order of the British Empire) in the New Year, joining a list of fellow designers who have received the honor, including Jimmy Choo and Sarah Burton.
Beckham/Posh Spice will be the first member of the Spice Girls to receive the honor.
