The minister also directed the SDM to check the attendance register and record of leaves.
During the inspection, he found that the mattresses in the hostel were old and were in bad condition. The toilets were also in dilapidated condition.
He found out that in boxing ring only 17 students were present out of the strength of 50.
When the Minister asked about others, the coach said that the absentees were sick. But on checking the dispensary of the school, Vij found that only two students had reported there.
He also found swimming pool in bad condition with water being infected with fungus.
