Vijaya Bank cuts interest rates on domestic term deposits

Vijaya Bank today said it has reduced the interest rates on its domestic term deposits by five basis points to 50 basis points.
With a view to bring down cost of deposits, the bank has reduced the interest rates on its domestic term deposits, Vijaya Bank said in a statement.
The reduction is by 5 basis points to 50 basis points in six slabs of different maturity periods starting from 46 days to 1 year in respect of deposits of Rs One crore and above with effect from 3rd July 2014, the Bangalore headquartered bank added.
