She will be presented with the award on February 27 at a function to be held at Kalidas auditorium here.
The biennial award, instituted by Kusumagraj Pratishthan, carries Rs 1 lakh cash, a memento and a citation.
Rajadhyaksha has been chosen for the honour for her contribution to the field of Marathi literature, Kusumagraj Pratisthan secretary Makrand Hingane said today.
The Pratishthan or foundation was established in honour of Gyanpeeth-laureate late V V Shirwadkar who was a resident of Nashik.
Literary works of Rajadhyaksha, a Sahitya Akademi-awardee, comprise critiques, essays, short stories, a novel and play.
