The Board of Directors of the company today assigned additional responsibility of Managing Director to Dilip G Piramal and appointed him as the Chairman and Managing Director of the company for a period of 2 years with effect from March 25, VIP Industries said in a BSE filing.
Piramal succeeds Radhika Piramal who has been appointed as Vice Chairperson and Executive Director of the company for two years with effect from April 7.
"Radhika Piramal ceases to be the Managing Director of the company with effect from March 24, 2017 and she is appointed as Vice Chairperson and Executive Director of the Company for a period of two years wef April 7," the company said.
