The protestors, said to be members of Vaikunta Swamy Dharma Pracharana (VSDP) Sabha, demanded that Chief Minister Oommen Chandy fulfill the promises made to them.
The incident occurred soon after end of Question hour.
The agitators were taken away by the watch and ward staff.
Speaker N Sakthan, who was in the Chair, later said that the visitors' gallery was not a place for people to raise slogans.
Some Opposition members were seen rushing to the Speaker's dais and requested the Chair not to take action against those who raised slogans.
