VRL Logistics to replace CARE in S&P BSE IPO index from tmrw

Leading bourse BSE has decided to include transport and logistics firm VRL Logistics in the S&P IPO index from tomorrow.
"VRL Logistics is a new listing on the BSE with a float market capitalisation greater than Rs 100 crore, which necessitates its inclusion in the index.
"The stock Credit Analysis & Research is excluded on account of completion of two years in the index, as per the index methodology," BSE said in a notice.
VRL Logistics made its debut on the bourses on Thursday, with its shares rising over 43 per cent as against the issue price of Rs 205.
The initial public offer (IPO) of VRL Logistics had earlier this month received stupendous response from investors where the share sale got subscribed over 74 times.
