Waghmare's appointment as MPCC's SC dept chairman approved

Congress Vice President Rahul Gandhi today approved the proposal to appoint Raju Waghmare as chairman of the SC department of Maharashtra Pradesh Congress Committee.
He replaces Ravindra Dalvi who has been deputed to work on a full-time basis as programme convener of the AICC SC department in the election going states.
Gandhi also approved the expansion of the SC department in Haryana Pradesh Congress by approving a number of new appointments, AICC general secretary Janaradan Dwivedi said in a statement.
