Wansuk Syiem Cong candidate for RS bypoll in Meghalaya

Wansuk Syiem was named today as the Congress candidate for the by-elections to the Rajya Sabha in Meghalaya on April 18.
Party general secretary Janardan Dwivedi said Congress President Sonia Gandhi has approved the candidature of Syiem.
