Vidya started her career on the small-screen with 'Hum Paanch' and went on to star in films like 'Parineeta', 'No One Killed Jessica', 'Paa', 'The Dirty Picture', 'Kahaani' among others.
"I really like Vidya Balan and I admire the way her career has shaped. The fact that even she started her career with TV and then went on to become a big star in Bollywood. I would love to have a career like hers. I am ready to work hard and let's see how things work for me," Neha told PTI.
"Though I am the eldest daughter, I don't take up the role of the mother. I shy away from responsibility and my second sister takes on the duties. I am not in charge of the family like an elder daughter should be," she said.
The show follows the journey of four sisters as they move from Kanpur to Delhi along with their father.
Though the show is based in Delhi, only the exteriors and promos have been shot in the Capital.
"We only shot for 10 days in Delhi and it was very difficult as we were reeling under the severe heat wave," she said.
Besides Neha, the show also stars Bengali TV actress Ishita Ganguly, Sonal Vengurlekar and Pragati Chourasiya with Rajesh Jais playing their father.
