The chief minister who met the ambassador of Republic of Korea, Joon-Gyu Lee at his official residence here said he wanted these relations to achieve new heights in time to come, an official statement said.
Yadav discussed in detail issues related to the development of state and mutual ties on the occasion, it said.
The Korean ambassdor cited the historical and cultural relations between his country and India, especially Uttar Pradesh.
Lee also stressed on the need to improve cooperation in the field of tourism and industries and for developing contact with Uttar Pradesh besides employment opportunity for the people of the state in Korea, the statement added.
