"I am not competing with Indian states, I want to make Andhra Pradesh, the best in the world by replicating the best practices available throughout the world," Naidu said.
He also said that both Telangana and Andhra Pradesh have to depend on each other for economic reasons.
"We have a port in Vizag which Telangana needs and we need access to Hyderabad for various purposes. Both have to move forward for betterment," he added.
"He(Sachin) is very happy and has done a good work in the village and I appreciate him for it. Now he is going to concentrate on next level of development. I have offered him all the things needed for the purpose."
Naidu, while inviting investors to his state, explained about the 'ease of doing business' in his state.
"Andhra has best infrastructure, long coastline and power surplus apart from rich minerals available for doing business," he said.
Besides he also revealed that an index to measure happiness of the people of Andhra Pradesh is also underway.
"Consciously I want to build better health, physical literacy and discipline by measuring happiness. Stress is a biggest problem for everyone," he added.
