Wanted criminal held in Shamli

A notorious criminal with a reward of Rs 12,000 on his head was arrested from Jahanpura village of neighbouring Shamli district, police said today.
The accused is the father of gangster Mukim Kala who is currently lodged in jail.
Circle officer officer Bhushan Verma said that he is wanted in several cases of murder and extortion. He was arrested yesterday.
