During the corresponding period last year, 64.45 lakh MT of crop had arrived in the mandis across the state, a spokesman of the Food and Supplies Department said here.
Out of the total arrival, 66.63 lakh MT of wheat has been procured by the government procurement agencies at Minimum Support Price.
He said Food and Supplies Department has procured 17.56 lakh MT wheat, whereas HAFED has procured more than 24.76 lakh MT of wheat.
The FCI procured over 7.18 lakh MT and Haryana Agro Industries Corp procured more than 6 lakh MT and 11.11 lakh MT of wheat has been procured by Haryana Warehousing Corporation.
