Sakshi also said she would continue her wrestling even after her marriage.
She had come to Ambala cantonment to greet the state's Sports minister Anil Vij on Diwali festival.
Speaking to reporters later, she said that Vij had encouraged the players of Haryana a lot and tried to provide them all the facilities so that they could bring laurels.
On the occasion, Vij said that Sakshi had been appointed brand ambassador for promoting 'Beti Bachao-Beti Padhao' campaign and expressed hope she would perform her duty effectively.
Referring to the martyrdom of Mandeep Singh, who was killed by terrorists in Macchil sector in Jammu and Kashmir yesterday, Vij said that the "Army should plan for some major operation to teach lesson to Pakistan".
