Delhi Commission for Women (DCW) chairperson Swati Maliwal today resolved to work non-stop till November 14 to ensure death penalty to child rapists within six months.
Maliwal said she has appealed to the Union home minister, Delhi chief minister, lieutenant governor and police commissioner to hold a meeting before Children's Day to prepare a plan for the same.
The DCW in a statement said the panel had been urging the Centre for the last two years to set up a high-level committee on the issue.
"Despite dozens of letters and meetings, it has not been done," she rued.
