The woman, who was arrested in 2011 for running a high-profile prostitution racket, is currently on interim bail.
She had been booked under MCOCA and the hearing in the case is taking place in a court in Saket here, police said.
The Police Control Room received a call around 5:05 am today about a woman lying unconscious on the carriageway near Aurbindo Marg. A police team rushed to the spot and the woman was taken to AIIMS Trauma Centre.
She said they were joined by two other old associates and the accused took her for a ride in their car.
"The victim said the men offered her a drink laced with sedative, after which she fell unconscious. The men then raped her and later dumped her near Aurbindo Marg and fled," a police official said.
A medical examination of the victim has confirmed rape, he said.
A case has been registered at Hauz Khas police station.
