A case has been filed against one Chintamani from Bedula village for eve-teasing a woman from his neighboring village on December 30, they said.
The accused also tried to harass her and threatened to kill her while sheshe was alone in the field, they added.
An FIR was lodged against Chintamani yesterday on the basis of the complaint registered by the victim.
No arresthas beenmade so farin this connection,added the police.
