Woman assistant professor of college found dead

A woman assistant professor of a college was found dead under mysterious circumstances in her apartment in the city today, police said.
The woman has been identified as Kasturi Deka (36) and was working as an Assistant Professor at North Gauhati College.
"It is very difficult to say it now whether she committed suicide or died of some health problem. We have sent the body for post mortem and only after that we will be able to tell something," a police officer said.
Deka was married but was living alone in the apartment as she was separated from her husband.
