Woman dies of burn injuries in Ulhasnagar

A woman died, while a man sustained serious burn injuries at a commercial complex in Ulhasnagar today, police said.
The deceased lady has been identified as Parvati Mhetre (40), police PRO Sukhada Narkar said.
Narsimhan Talari (50) who was suffered serious burn injuries is undergoing treatment at hospital, said police.
"We do not have any details of how both they sustained burn injuries. It is still not known if it is a suicide attempt or something else. We will know the details after the injured person is in a position to speak," police said.
"From the information that we have gathered we came to know that both of them are residents of Ambernath," they added.

As of now a case of accidental death has been registered, police said.
