Shakeela was injured when unidentified gunmen fired upon her near her residence at Mir Mohalla in village Gulshanpora area of Tral, the police said.
The woman was shifted to a hospital for treatment, they said, adding further details were awaited.
The area has been cordoned off and a hunt has been launched to nab the assailants, the police said.
