The woman in her complaint said that she had approached a cement factory owner in Modinagar about 15 days back for a job in his firm. She alleged that he raped her in the factory godown after promising to provide her the job and also made a video clip of the act, police said.
The accused threatened her of dire consequences if she told anyone about the incident, police said.
Modinagar police have arrested the accused after filing a case against him under relevant sections of IPC.
