Workshop on proposed National Authority for Testing begins

Experts from international organisations like Educational Testing Service shared their views on the proposed National Authority for Testing (NAT) at a two-day workshop which began here today.
On the first day of the workshop, presentations were made on various aspects by the experts.
The HRD Ministry is working on setting up NAT which would assess abilities of IIT aspirants.
In order to gauge international experience in aptitude testing and to use that to chart the future course of action, the HRD Ministry has organised the workshop.
