The first International Yoga Day, which is being celebrated with much zeal across the nation, was held in a unique manner when passengers onboard the Ranthambore Express performed aasanas during their journey today.
Social organisation Art of Living organised the special Yoga session for passengers in a chair-car coach of the express train while it was enroute from Indore to Jodhpur.
Trainer Krishna Mishra told PTI that he gave Yoga training to nearly 400 passengers who practised the aasanas seated on their places.
He said Art of Living organised the unique programme to spread the message of the ancient Indian exercise and encourage people to take up Yoga.
