Amit Kumar (23), of Bhiwani city, has been charged with kidnap and rape of the girl, a police officer said.
Amit and the girl had eloped after which a case of kidnap was registered against him on June 27 last year based on a complaint by the girl's father, he said.
Soon after eloping, Amit and the girl got married at an 'Arya Samaj' temple in Delhi where she was shown to have attained puberty through a forged document, the officer said.
After the girl's medical examination, police added rape charge against Amit.
The girl has refused to return to her parents' residence and was sent to Nari Niketan at Karnal, the officer said.
