Nirdesh Kumar was returning home when his bicycle was hit by a overspeeding tractor yesterday. He was rushed to a hospital where he succumbed to his injuries while undergoing treatment.
Driver of the tractor managed to escape.
The FIR has been lodged with the police against the driver, who is still absconding, by theboy's father.
