The girl's father, Manoj Paswan, had lodged a complaint today with Panchkoshi 'B' police station saying that his daughter was missing, police said.
Soon, policemen intercepted a youth suspiciously carrying a bag on his motorcycle and found that it contained the dead body of the girl.
Police nabbed Jitendra Baldevsinh (24), who hails from Moti Khavdi village. He has confessed to having abducted, raped and murdered the minor girl during primary interrogation, police claimed.
The girl's body will be sent to Jamnagar Civil Hospital for post-mortem tomorrow morning before being handed over to the family members, police said adding further investigation is on.
