Youth injures as flex board falls on him

One youth injured when a flex board erected to welcome Tamil Nadu Chief Minister K Palanisamy to a function at a temple here fell on him today, police said.
The incident happened after Palanisamy left for Mettupalayam in Coimbatore district, where he participated in a mass feeding to the general pubic as part of the birth anniversary of late Chief Minister Jayalalaithaa.
The youth, Yasin sustained injuries on the hand, leg and head and was taken to nearby hospital and he was given treatment, police said.
