Youth killed in accident in Poonch
23-year-old Mohammad Razak died on the spot when the driver of a tractor trolley lost control of it and it fell on Razak in Surankote area of the district this afternoon, officials said.
He was rushed to hospital where doctors declared him dead, they said, adding post mortem was conducted and the body was handed over to his family members for last rites.
A case was registered and hunt launched to nab the driver, who was absconding, they said.
